Almost Ready For Winter

Jamie and I keeping warm at a hay ride / bonfire.

My roomate Jamie is such a blessing. I had no idea who I would live with when I decided to move to Missoula but the Lord had it all planned out. The best part is that not only have I lived with her before (In Bozeman), I really love being around her and consider her a close friend. I can honestly say that without the sanity that Jamie brings into my world here in Missoula I would have had a difficult time transitioning into this town people call "30 miles from Montana." We have had some good times discovering Missoula and making new friends. Everything from discovering a rope swing on the river to a scary corn maze. It is hard to believe that we have already been living here for almost 5 months! Just another week and we will be out for the holidays, with much more fun to come next semester...

Gotta Have A Blog

Since my return to the States in June I have learned a lot about this strange thing called blogging. It seems that e-mailing is a thing of the past and keeping in touch through blogs has become the norm. People are even announcing important events - like weddings, babies, etc - on their blogs. In my continual attempt to fit in with my teeny bopping college peers :) as well as keep in touch with all my friends that have moved on to bigger and better things I figured it was about time to start a blog. I cannot promise that I will be faithful to keep this thing updated (I have failed miserably at keeping up with e-mailing) but I will do my best. I am also going to learn how to post pictures and before you know it I will have a full-fledged blog! I believe, as my roomate so aptly stated, that this may become addictive.
